I am the owner of this commission and just wanted to say that I am so happy I came to Maciej. I think the images speak for themselves, but WOW, you really need to see them in person. Every single unit was so lovingly painted with such detail and care. The whole process was a treat, and Scarhand Painting has definitely earned a repeat customer here.

These are absolutely incredible! I was thinking of a similar colour scheme and I am new to the hobby. What were the colours you used?

Hey Drew, glad you like it.
Black is done with Vallejo Panzer Dark Grey base, GW Fenrisian Grey thin mist-like flatbrush , GW Pallid Wych Flesh highlights, Army Painter Dark Tone Ink wash, final highlights are done with Pallid Wych Flesh and Vallejo Off White,
Reds are a mix of Vallejo Flat Red, Vallejo Bloody Red air glaze, overall some reds applied on top of fblack and juiced up,
Purple is done on top of finished black, by applying a glaze of Vallejo Xereus Purple (air), highlighted with GW Dechala Lilac,
There are multiple Infinity color recipes at my blog, all colors are covered in some of them, although there is no separate JSA color recipe article. If you go through multiple Infinity Color Recipes you should be able to find all colors, as I tend to go back to recipes.
Cheers!
